Karly Nicodemo is a 25-year-old florist who was born and raised in Windsor Ontario. She graduated from a program in public relations, but during her time in school she took an internship opportunity with Gail's Flowers and Event Décor. This is where Karly initially learned how to decorate and coordinate weddings. In order to cope with Covid, Karly has moved away from weddings, and started a business pressing and persevering flowers at Willow + Posy. She now continues to come up with inventive floral products in order to stay afloat in these trying times.
