When something is moving we cover it up, either literally or by interpreting it. Any kind of commentary or movement is a coverup. Don’t interfere with it. Take a radical, minimalist attitude. Whatever is showing up, train yourself to be on receive. Meditate a lot. Sitting has to be done for a few years, maybe more, before you can see the cover up.
