Karol Helms

On this episode, we have Karol Helms. Karol is an OG pole dancer who has been in the industry for over 10 years and has been a pioneer in helping the community evolve into what it is today. On this episode, we talk about her experience discovering pole while dancing at a club, and the struggles of learning pole in a time before proper studios and social media; her early adventures creating her YouTube following and connecting with other pioneering dancers from around the world, her role as a brand ambassador and in developing the Bad Kitty original pole wear line; and her current life as a non-competitive, pole dance professional.
