From the Narada Radio Company, it's Pulp-Pourri Theatre, Season 2 Episode 3, "Karpen". Set in 1938, it's a contemporary retelling of the classic "Wandering Jew" story, with an anti-war theme. Despite the age of the tale, its message is still timely today.
