This weeks rant is all about making sure the rules are applied to everyone.  So many times we focus our talks about consent, no mean no etc all geared towards the guys.  The reality is violations, unwanted touching etc happens to both men and women and many times the person doing the violation is a female.  Rules are not gender specific and our enforcement of those rules shouldn't be either.
