Hello ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to “How to Be a Grownup Podcast”! My name is Erik Andress, I created this show to help you to understand that you have a birthright to be healthy, happy and live an extraordinary life.

Today, I have a special treat for you. Today, I have the profound privilege and humble honor of having Kash Shaikh on the show today!

Kash once began an interview with the following quote from the artist Michaelangelo, "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free." That quote, ladies and gents, exemplifies the difficult and ultimately beautiful journey that Kash has directed for himself. Having worked at Proctor and Gamble, and Go Pro (two well known and established entities), he made the seismic life shift that few of us would have the courage to undertake. In 2013, Kash removed himself from that unfulfilling corporate life, and established the BeSomebody movement, that is now responsible for reaching and inspiring five million people a month to bring their ardent passion to their every day.

This movement has now spawned the BeSomebody Learning paths. A non-traditional educational outlet, with guaranteed job placement for its graduates, that aims to fix the things that post secondary education has been either unwilling or unable to rectify.

Kash is a powerful, ambition driven and amazing testament to what a person can accomplish when they align with their true purpose in this universe. Again, it is my humble and profound honor to welcome Kash to the show today.
