December 8, 2019, This day marks the 18th Death Anniversary of Agha Shahid Ali and there's no better way to remember him than to read his poetry. In this episode, I read excerpts from Amitav Ghosh's article and Agha Shahid Ali's own poem, 'In The Mountains'.

It has been nearly impossible for Kashmiris outside to cope with the stress of not being able to talk to our families back home. In this episode, I speak with my guest Yaqeen Sikander who is a professional psychotherapist. We discuss different ways to overcome the stress as Kashmiris including CBT based on faith. We also talk about how we need to identify the stressors and replace them with more positive habits. Share the episode with your circles :)
