Last week, a brutal suicide attack by Jaish-e-Mohammed killed 42 Indian paramilitary members in Kashmir, the deadliest assault against security personnel in Kashmir in three decades. Yesterday, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan offers to investigate, and,  India claims to have killed the militant who orchestrated the operation.
