A couple based at Enchi-Yakase in the Western North Region has been caged by the police for beating their four-year-old daughter to death for bedwetting. Salome Oteku, 27, and her 34-year-old husband, Effah Donaldson are said to have beaten the victim from dawn till morning, leaving her unconscious.
