⁠On this episode of Kate and Kat Live, we were kinda all over the place! We wanted to invite people to join us, on screen, for a mini-session,  but no one was up for it. So then Kate asks the audience how they started asking all the who/what/where/why/how questions about all of existence,  or like spirituality.  Then we started talking about why we choose the spiritual practice we chose. About halfway in, we had a guest hop on, from the comments, and we started to help them with addiction,  but they lost service. Then we started to talk about our personal experiences with substance.  We finished the live with some channeling into brain activity, did some spirituality surgery on a volunteer brain, and explored all that for the rest of the time.
