Under her leadership, the company garnered national recognition, including awards such as SCORE Small Business of the Year, and was featured in prominent publications like Forbes and MSN. Barr was also named to the inaugural Forbes Next 1000 list. She stepped away from the company in September 2021, seeking a better work-life balance.
