Kate Schroeder recently took an hour out of her busy schedule to chat with Alyssa and Heidi. Kate generously shared how her love of plants were established, about getting her MFA with an emphasis in sculpture and ceramics, and ultimately how she chose to do her own thing. Kate is currently a Red Star Career Resident at Belger Crane Yard Studios, where she makes her functional potter encrusted with realistic succulents.
