We interviewed Kate Ten Eyck in this episode.  Kate was featured on the Instagram page Robs10kFriends and also gave a TEDx talk on Taking a Risk on falling in love where she talks about her journey of falling in love with someone she knew had 0% chance of survival.  She shares the anxiety and struggles she faced being in a relationship with that she knew would end far too soon.  She also shares the different coping mechanisms she used and still uses for anxiety which include things like humor believe it or not.
