Kathopanishad is a beautiful tale, where its protagonist receives instructions from Yama or death. This Upanishad is my favorite because it has helped me a lot in facing my internal challenges. It may be due to my nature, but I think that if there is only one Upanishad that you can read then I would advise you to read Kathopanishad as it covers all the major concepts of Upanishads. This is a big Upanishad and so we will cover this Upanishad in many sections as I do not think that the attention of the majority of the audience will remain there for many hours. In this podcast I will only cover section 1.3 and then we will cover further sections in a later podcasts.
