Katherine Knight was by all accounts a pleasant girl who experienced uncontrollably murderous rages in response to minor upsets as a child. When she attended Muswellbrook high school, she became a loner and is remembered by classmates as a bully who stood over smaller children. Katherine grew into a monstrous mother and was a force to be reckoned with. This mother of four skinned and decapitated her lover before cooking his head in a pot with veggies and served it to his kids.
