Rebekah and Kathie wander through Post-Traumatic Stress ... healing .... masculine/feminine energy, etc...
Kathie Lopez is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and Purple Heart recipient who survived the 2000 attack on the USS Cole. After serving 20 years as a gas turbine technician, she now lives on a cattle ranch in Central Texas, where she works with her mules and shares practical insights about trauma recovery, resilience, and nervous system regulation. Through her writing and social media, Kathie combines hard-earned military experience, ranch life, and a blunt sense of humor to help others understand healing, accountability, and the power of taking life head-on instead of pretending there’s no fire in the engine room.
