Trained as therapist with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Katie opened the doors to (en)Courage Coaching in 2018 to elevate more women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ folks to rooms where decisions are made. Prior to launching her coaching practice, Katie served as a Leadership Educator at DePaul University, University of Texas at Austin, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
