Katie Sonntag is a legend at the South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena. This little town that was lacking female role models in the hockey world found one within Katie. She showed these small town girls that they can achieve their dreams of playing NCAA hockey. Sonntag moved around a lot during her childhood but she found a home at Pursuit of Excellence which guided her to Union College.
