After almost going to prison when she was 19, Katie decided she NEEDED to change.  

This immense catalyst launched her on a journey that would prove to alter the most fundamental aspects of her day-to-day existence. Where once she was closed off, Katie completely blossomed in a mental, physical, and spiritual sense.
