Mental health in India is a very big problem. In india almost 8% people deals with some sort of mental disorders.

TBH I'm a shy guy and i hesitate to speak my heart out, but its a bit of an irony right?
Yeah idk. i just feel i should do it! So why not? I'm not gonna setup a schedule because, lol, i cannot keep up with these stuff. BUT I'll be posting some "pretty frequently" (pffff lets see)
