Join me as I reconnect with Katrina Collier, renowned author of The Robot-Proof Recruiter, to talk about her journey since 2020 - when she joined me the first time on the Never Mind The Job Spec podcast. 

Since our last conversation, Katrina has experienced significant changes and gained new insights, and she shares her journey of transition from pre-pandemic event management,  to writing her latest book, Reboot Hiring.
