Kay Curling is the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Salient CRGT and leads all aspects of the company’s human resources. Ms. Curling is responsible for formulating the company’s human resources strategy and providing leadership and direction as a partner to the CEO, President, CFO, and senior leadership of the company.

Prior to Salient CRGT, Ms. Curling served as the VP of HR at Serco North America where she led all initiatives and programs associated with employee benefits and organizational excellence. For more than two decades, Ms. Curling led various human resource groups and strategic initiatives for CSRA Inc. As a result of many of the programs developed by Ms. Curling, the company earned the honor of one of the “100 Best Places to Work” by Fortune Magazine for ten consecutive years. Ms. Curling has been honored for her work in corporate health and wellness nationally and locally.
