Welcome Back Everyone! Kay Rose Golden's abduction experiences with a certain faction of Zeta Greys were not good. Taken from her master bedroom by Greys through a closed window and up into a beam of light to waking up on cold medical beds, to then having procedures done on her, was a common thing to her. She came into contact with a Mantid and a Reptilian also and met what was possibly a female Hybrid. Everyone can learn from her story.

Kay Rose Golden's Biography:
Kay Rose Golden is an experiencer; a lifelong alien abductee and has appeared in a segment on Linda Moulton Howe's Earthfiles podcast.
Kay has been abducted many times by extraterrestrial Grey beings, and even believes that they have been taking her since childhood. The ones in particular that Kay discusses at length in her book, "Into the Greys' Abyss," are the Zeta Greys. 
Kay's book is not fiction, these are her true-to-her knowledge shocking tales of her alien abductions, and so much more.
To her knowledge, her abductions started in September of 2017, shortly after moving into a new home in southern California. She was kidnapped by two small pale blueish-grey Zeta Grey beings and floated her up right out of her master bedroom! Prior to that experience, Kay has had tons of high strangeness events in her life well before then!  
She has had so many extraordinary and quite frightening experiences with these beings; in particular her captor, whom is the central figure in her book, is an almost 8 foot in height, pale blue gray in color, Tall Grey, she calls "Rex." 
Kay has had many "thought transference," communications with this Tall Grey being. Most of the communication is done by the Tall Grey, which feels something like a physical or mental test being performed on her, at her expense of pain and agony. 
She also came into contact with Mantis beings and a small grey blue female child at three different times and at three different ages.  
Kay seems to have an incredible ability to receive downloaded messages in the early morning hours before being completely awake-but not asleep, and she calls it the, "Cosmic Zone." 
She believes fully that the flying objects up there in our skies should not be the concern for mankind. "We already KNOW they are up there, and this is not a new phenomenon! It is a situation!  WHO is flying these crafts should be what everyone discusses now."
