Kayla Esmond is a talented comedian based in Los Angeles.

We began this episode at the Sac Town Comedy Get Down Festival at Laughs Unlimited in Sacramento and then finished up later when we got home. You can feel the joy in our voices being immersed in a comedy festival compared to being back home working our day jobs and hustling for comedy- but it was a fun opportunity to get to know Kayla a little better and debrief the festival.

Kayla talked about being in a comedy couple, lip sync battles and the craziest thing that’s ever happened to her on stage.
