Meet Kayla, Certified Professional Coach at Warrior ONE, a community-centered yoga studio in the heart of Audubon Park. We get quite deep and philosophical as we discuss Kayla's path to finding her voice in the yoga instructor community, the evolution of the studio over the past decade plus, as well as the recent after hours car crash. The rebuild of the hot yoga room is still underway; along with a new, larger studio opening down the way in Baldwin Park.
