Kaylee Adams grew up as a competitive gymnast and went on to pursue athletics at Baylor University. She is a 4 time national champion and 2 time All American. She garnered accolades, national recognition and awards as a member of Baylor's top Acrobatics and Tumbling Team
Not long after after graduating (at just 24 years old) she started a successful handstand fitness program business, Channeling Champions, and herself performs partner acrobatics and competes in freestyle calisthenics.
In this episode she talked with Jamie about how she fought through doubts and fear to create her business, how believing in yourself is the secret to a winning mindset and how the handstand combines the both the physical and mental side of physical performance (and is an awesome party trick too!).
