In this episode, we sit down with Maher Loubieh, Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Hala. Hala is one of the leading fintech players in the MENAP region. Maher walks us through Hala’s bold pivot from a B2C product, which led to the loss of over 200,000 users, to rebuilding the company from the ground up and now serving more than 130,000 SMEs.
We talk about what it really takes to start over, the lessons behind that pivot, and what Hala is building today: a full-stack financial platform designed to help small businesses start, run, and grow.
