Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan's update on the January 16th School Board Meeting, held at the District Office at 6:30 pm. Topics include: weather cancellations & delays, the Teacher Forum Recognition, recognition of a donation from the Baptist Association, the district budget, a construction update (including financing and the penny sales tax), KCSD's Teacher Recruitment Fair on January 27th, Honor Roll recognition for the Lugoff-Elgin Middle School Improvement Counsel, the end of 1st semester, and Dr. Morgan's retirement announcement.  Our next Board meeting will be on February 6th at 6:00 p.m. #myKCSD
