He also reviews the success of the Kentucky FAME program, a statewide partnership with companies to close the jobs skills or talent gap, and the growing popularity of the dual credit courses, which are college-level classes that simultaneously earn both high school and college credit that count toward a postsecondary degree/credential and high school diploma.
