Dr. Matt here again and today we're going to discuss the cost of inflammation.   Chronic Inflammation effects million of people annually and has catastrophic consequences, not only on our individual health, but the overall healthcare system in general.  We're going to discuss the differences between acute and chronic inflammation, the concept of inflammatory burden, and how chronic inflammation has adverse effects throughout the body including heart disease, Alzheimer's and neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, obesity, and even gum disease.
