Keenan is the Executive Director of NorthStar Transitions, a substance use disorder treatmentcenter in Boulder, Colorado. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at Stout Street Foundation,a non-profit treatment center in Denver. He uses his personal and professional experience in recovery to build business through compassionate leadership and community based growth planning. Keenan also co-founded ZenPractice, a revenue cycle management firm for behavioral healthcare providers and has consulted nationally on business practice and finance for facilities and individual providers alike.
