Our strong desire to buy lots of stuff is nothing new. But it is far easier to be an excessive consumer these days. Just look at the metric shit ton of people who shopped online this past Black Friday. On this special holiday edition of HDI Kevin leads a discussion on consumerism. We’ll talk about holiday shopping and how Americans can never have enough crap and we’ll also discuss the minimalist and zero waste movements. It’s the perfect thing to listen to while you’re stuck in traffic, filled with holiday rage, and cursing out other motorists while on your way to buy stuff no one wants because you waited until the last minute to do your shopping.
