The key to life is Romans 8:2. At one time there was a time when slavery was ok and not against the law. A slave owner would tell his slaves what to do and when to do it. But something changed and the Emmancipation Proclimation was created and therefore freed all slaves from their owners. Even though that change took place there were still slave owners even though they owned no slaves. They were still known as a slave owner just as the slave was known as a former slave. Just as in death, the body can not speak. If we are a Christian we should shut our body down to the flesh and let only God work thru us. You can never please God thru the flesh but only thru the spirit. It's Gods will to see the lost saved and those to live in a life abundantly. We open the door to sin each and every time because we live in the flesh but we should remove those things. If one plays with sin the sooner it'll burn you. Once you open the door to sin it might be small at first but it'll soon add up and become larger to where it can quickly overcome. We should be very careful with the things that we partake of and make sure it's of God and not of the devil. One must leave sin alone, turn from it and not return to it. The "slave owner" still lives today and calls to everyone in order to control them. The slave owner being Satan wants all of us to be controlled in order to be destroyed. He hates everyone and wants everyone to be with him in an eternal fire. He wants to control the Christians life so that they stumble and create a false example of God and His love. Satan wants to control the lost persons life in order to rid the world of Christians because he hates God. The Christian should never give in to sin. Put your eyes in the Word of God and know what it means to be a child of God.
