At the beginning of every year, we’re flooded with messages about fixing, improving, planning, and pushing forward and instead of feeling inspired, it can feel overwhelming.

• Why 2025 being a 9 year and the Year of the Snake was about endings, shedding, and preparation

• Why 2026 is a 1 year and the Year of the Horse, signaling fresh starts but not all at once

• How Human Design reminds us that the new year doesn’t energetically begin until later in January

I also share a story about a friend who realized just how stressed she felt — and how we’re affected by the many layers around us: our relationships, work, community, and the world at large.

At the center of all those layers is you — your nucleus.

My mantra for this year is simple and steady: Keep going.

Keep going while honoring yourself.

Keep going even when the outer layers feel chaotic.

Keep going — and resting when you need to — knowing that returning is part of the process.
