Spiritual growth is one of the most important things Christians need to seek after. Of course, accepting the Holy Spirit  and being baptized are the most important. This is how you are saved and get to go to heaven! BUT then what? Do you just stay the same? Do you go to church and hear the sermon and go home and on with your life? No! Do you get saved and read a few verses here and there and never really learn of the greatness of our God? Absolutely not! We grow! We as Christians need to grow to know God and in turn, He will grow us! Growing in our faith is so important. We are able to learn discernment for what God is asking us to do, and in turn follow God’s Will! We can witness to people and teach them in the same way you learned.  We need to hunger for God. If you are have been saved and are not seeing growth, start reading your Bible everyday, read it more and more! Begin communicating with God about everything! Talk to those around you who are mature in their walk, they can offer guidance and confirmations to you. Do not be satisfied with being stale in your faith! Keep going and keep growing!!

Hebrews‬ ‭5‬:‭12‬-‭14‬ ‭NIV‬
”In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.“
