To keep a movement going beyond the life of its founder takes a lot more than a charismatic leader. The apostle Paul knew this and he provided a great model that we can follow even today. The scriptures used for this study are Colossians 1:24-29, Colossians 2:1-5, and Hebrews 6:10 (NIV).
