In this episode of Beyond the Box, Sherri Anderson sits down with Jeff Buum, a Fairway team member and Fairway Cares Champion, to talk about faith, loss, and the impact of being cared for when life changes suddenly.

Jeff first experienced the power of Fairway Cares after receiving a package during a life-threatening battle with COVID. More recently, after the unexpected passing of his father, another package became a source of comfort not only for Jeff, but for his mother and sister. His mother found particular comfort in the Fairway Cares bear she named “Little Al,” after Jeff’s father.

Jeff also shares how these experiences led him to become a Champion and help bring care packages, bears, and support to others in his community.
