Earth hatches a plan, with the aid of a new miracle drug, to colonize Mars. A new generation of humans are born from parents who were carefully selected for the experiment and then inoculated with the miracle drug. 

This short story comes to us from author, Fredric Brown, and is entitled "Keep Out". It was first published in the March 1954 issue of Amazing Stories.
