What can I say. Having had this conversation - I've got the utmost respect for Gina. She is simply incredible. Gina carved out an illustrious career for herself from a tiny town in Indiana. She shows you what's possible when you put your mind to something. Was blown away by her perseverance. She loves helping people too. Think you'll get an awful lot from this one.
