Matt. 24:42-25:13 Be on the alert. Will he find faith?
Gal. 5:1-14 Don’t bite and devour one another, instead love; pray; keep the faith.
5:15-26 Instead of challenging and envying one another, pray for one another.
Hang on. When we get knocked down; we get back up; get down; get back up. Be resilient!
Deut. 9 Moses interceded on behalf of the people and asked for God’s mercy.
Eph. 6:18 “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
1 Tim. 2:1-4 First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. 3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
James 5:13-16 Pray for and encourage each other.
Job 13:13-19
v. 15 “Though He slay me, I will hope in Him.”
1 Peter 1:13 Prepare your minds for action. Your faith and hope are in God.
Rev. 8:3 and 4 Our prayers are in the throne room of God!
