As the leader of the brand, he oversaw its expansion, introducing three additional Bosscat Kitchens and venturing into innovative Asian concepts like Ten Sushi & Cocktail Bar.

Tai and his partners successfully closed on the acquisition of Byblos Café, a Mediterranean gem located in Orange, California. This move showcases their diverse expertise in navigating the culinary landscape and further solidifies their presence in the industry.
