Hi there! My name is Tiffany and I am a 200 RYT. Join me as we discuss yogic logic, meditation and anything yoga! Other topics include managing emotions, replacing bad habits with healthy ones, addiction and trauma recovery, parenting, spirituality and much more. My intention is to ignite hope in people listening and help them to understand they aren’t alone. I welcome anyone with unconditional positive regard for them, promoting self actualization.
