Society's thirst for a more sustainable way of living has contributed to the popularity of veganism, but what about other more niche diets and lifestyles, such as raw food diets? We caught up with a proponent of raw food lifestyle, Raw Chef Yin after her last appearance on the show in 2016 to see whether raw food diets have received the same exposure and take up rate as veganism, as well as the new things that she has learned from fellow chefs and practitioners of raw food diet.
