Joshua Williams has been involved in the fitness world in some form or fashion for the past 7 years. In this conversation of Keepin it Real with Jimbo; the audience will hear all about Josh’s long journey in wellness and fitness. When he decided to start an exercise regiment, he weighed-in at 135 lbs. Josh started to take his new lifestyle seriously as he wanted to better himself and his future as a person. He counted the intake of protein specific to the macros he was eating as well as staying away from any harmful foods that could hurt his wellness and gains. After a sports injury, he ended up taking advantage of this injury as a learning experience. Since that day, he is up to 220 pounds of muscle and shredded down to a solid 200 lbs. He has exceeded his expectations immensely with his fitness journey and has a healthy mindset because to him and his clients this lifestyle is needed to build a healthy spirit, mind and body.
