There are an awful lot of people running around believing and claiming to be someone who “keeps it real” but in most cases they are doing anything but “keeping it 100.”  In honor of keeping it 100 tonight, let us all recognize that getting to the truth is journey, not an easy one either.  It takes time, and it starts with being honest with SELF-FIRST.  Generally, people are much more comfortable telling someone else about themselves or their life or behaviors; but cannot manage to do the same truth-telling to themselves.
