After much reflection I have decided to start this Podcast along with a YouTube page to start Keeping It Real.  As a woman, I struggle all the time.  The problem is, I feel like I am not supposed to be honest about that.  In my head I have this idea that I am supposed to always be perfect and I just am not.  So if you are ready to open up about the struggles we go through on a daily basis and maybe, FINALLY ask for help.  This is the podcast for you!
