We continued our series in James by exploring James 2:1-13. In this passage, James is challenging the followers of Jesus to not show favoritism or discriminate against others. We explored how followers of Jesus are called to be different from the world in how we think, speak and act. We are called to the “royal law” of love and to walk in mercy instead of judgement.
