I recently received a text from a good friend who was hearing from other colleagues in her area that her friends are "having trouble with the economy" which has led to their chairs being empty. I gave this a lot of thought and decided it could make a great podcast. Because while the economy can play a factor of the equation, it is never the whole picture. I believe that if you look at what you can control, you might be shocked to find that there are many things you can do to keep your chairs full that have nothing to do with the economy. Today's podcast we will discuss:
- Differentiation in a crowded market. How to show up as a unique experience that patients desire.
- Marketing as a MUST and why it is so closely tied to expanding your clinic's patient base in the community.
- Systems to help fill your chairs NOW without burning out your team.
