President Trump says that 99 percent of Covid-19 cases are totally harmless and instead focuses his national leadership message on dividing the country with racist remarks about the confederate flag. Meanwhile, White House Task Force Member Doctor Anthony Fauci continues to sound the alarm on the pandemic saying that "we are still knee-deep in the first wave of this." Dr. Peter Hotez and Professor William Haseltine weigh in on the rise in cases around the country. Professor Haseltine tells Anderson Cooper that contact tracing is no longer effective, that “It's unfortunately up to each individual to be responsible for themselves ...
