Keilanna came on board as a Drug Free World Ambassador early on when she wore her title as Miss Delaware and ultimately brought her to the United Nations where she received her Drug Free Hero Award. Continuing on in her pageantry tradition and under her new title, she still passes on the message of being drug-free, and living a healthy and active lifestyle.
